1. Better tear resistance

The polyurethane is evenly distributed among the fibers, thus having better adhesion to the lining.

2. The mat lasts longer

Compared to latex, polyurethane does not disintegrate or degrade. Aging tests have shown that even in extreme weather conditions, polyurethane helps carpets last longer.

3. Lighter and easier to install

With PU coating, the product is lighter, more flexible and moldable compared to latex coated products. The artificial grass pieces are easier to handle because they are lighter, easier to cut due to the thin and flexible bottom and have a considerably improved adaptability to the unevenness of the ground when installed. As PU does not harden under the influence of lower temperatures, the product can be easily installed in less favorable climatic conditions.

4. Suitable for pets

PU-based artificial grass does not absorb moisture, liquids and therefore urine. This is useful for dog owners as it greatly reduces the hygiene and odor problem associated with dogs. However, we still advise you to wash the area regularly with water and, if necessary, use a diluted disinfectant for hygiene reasons.
